Your design proofs
Here's how we do it.
pdf proofs
We use lo-res PDF proofs of your layouts, making it possible to offer our design services in a fast and easy-to-use way.
our process
When you hire us to design your brochure, we'll create the number of layouts you've chosen, specifically to meet your needs. We'll do this within 72 hours (3 working days) or less from the time you place your order (two layout orders only). Three layout proofs take four working days. When the proofs are ready, you will receive an email with proofs attached as lo-res PDFs. (Naturally, lo-res PDFs have fuzzy photos.)
revisions
Make as many as you like, but realistically it usually takes about two rounds of changes, sometimes three, to get it right. The bottom line though is that we want you to be thrilled with your brochure and if that takes four rounds of changes, so be it.
Fax your changes to us at 303-682-2415. If you have Acrobat Pro or an older full version of Adobe Acrobat and have the ability to "mark up" the PDF with your changes, send your marked up PDF to "proofs@wedobrochures.com" as an attachment.
printing
When all changes have been made and you are completely satisfied with the layout, we will issue your final invoice, which will include printing costs, shipping and tax when appropriate. After we receive your funds, we will proceed with printing and estimate the delivery date of your brochure.
