These Terms & Conditions establish the terms under which Wedobrochures.com will perform your Design project. Your request for design services from Wedobrochures.com indicates your agreement to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully and know that if you do not wish to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, Wedobrochures.com will not be able to perform design services for you.
Wedobrochures.com may revise these Terms & Conditions at any time by updating this posting. You should visit this page periodically to review the Terms & Conditions, because they are binding on you.

general
Eligibility: If you are requesting Design Services on behalf of any business, organization or other entity of any kind, you warrant that you have authority to bind the business, organization or entity to these Terms & Conditions.
Further, to be eligible for design services, you must be at least 18 years of age, and adhere to all Terms and Conditions. Wedobrochures.com reserves the right to accept, reject or terminate any Design Services request at its sole discretion. You agree that Wedobrochures.com will have no liability of any kind to you or any party arising from this refusal or termination.
Rights: You warrant that any text, images or other content submitted for use is free from infringement of trademark, copyright or other usage rights and that you have appropriate and necessary rights to use all material submitted for use.
Upon payment in full, all rights of ownership for designs will transfer to you, the client. Copyrights to any and all preliminary work, not part of the final files, will be retained by Wedobrochures.com. Design accomplished for you may have some similarities to other design work created by us for others.
Wedobrochures.com reserves the right to display representations of work done for clients in our marketing materials, including but not limited to websites and printed material.
Fees: Payment of a deposit of approximately 50% of Estimated Fees is required to begin work on any project. All Balances Due are required to be paid in full prior to release of final files. Failure to provide appropriate funds when due will halt production and may preclude release of proofs or final files. If a project is cancelled after services have been requested and work has begun, no refunds will be made of the 50% of Estimated Fees (deposit). Further, there will be no refunds made after final files have been delivered, but Wedobrochures.com will make all reasonable efforts to remedy any concerns when informed of such within two (2) weeks of posting/delivering final files. When using Wedobrochures.com Printing Services all printing fees must be paid in full when ordering.
Schedule: Wedobrochures.com will make every effort to provide "First Proofs" within the stated 72 hours (3 working days), but may not be held liable for damages if failing to meet that schedule. We reserve the right to change the stated schedule at any time. After "First Proofs" the schedule will be determined by the speed of communication back and forth between clients and Wedobrochures.com and if at any time the period of response time from client to Wedobrochures.com exceeds 30 days, we will consider the project terminated and all remaining Balances Due will be collected.
Errors and/or omission: You are 100% responsible for proofing your materials. Though we will help with looking for errors, we will not be liable for errors or omissions in spelling or content.
Manufacturabilty: We will guarantee the usability of our files by professional printers to produce quality printed materials. However we cannot guarantee the quality of printed output unless you use our printing services.
Sales Tax: All printing services orders sold to residents of Colorado are subject to sales tax. If customer is tax exempt, a copy of your exemption certificate must be sent or faxed to us with your first job.

Wedobrochures.com shall not be responsible for any delays, interruptions, errors or omissions found when using the Website. Wedobrochures.com reserves the right to correct any delays, interruptions, errors or omissions. Wedobrochures.com makes no representation, warranty or covenant that the Website or Service will be available at all times or at any time. Circumstances may prevent or delay availability. Wedobrochures.com may at any time discontinue the Website and shall not be responsible for any future loss, cost, damage or liability that may result.
